Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipping from our US location in San Antonio, Texas.

Do you ship on Saturday?

Yes.

My USPS Priority 2-3 day shipment is running late, is there a money-back guarantee?

No. We're sorry about the delay. While most Priority mail shipments arrive on time, USPS does not provide a guarantee that they will arrive within 2-3 shipping days.

The product I have received does not look exactly like the picture on your website. Is this a mistake?

The photos on the websites are only examples and not necessarily exact-match photos of a particular strain.

Do you ship in discreet packaging?

Yes. All orders are shipped on USPS packaging.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Return/Replacement

We apologize if you're not satisfied with anything we sell. We accept returns up to two weeks after delivery. Please contact our customer-service through the "Returns" link in the footer menu of the homepage if you plan to return a product. All products must be returned before a replacement or refund is provided. Reach out to us through the Contact Page and we'll work with you on a return.

We urge you to buy a sample pack to test our products beforehand. Each kratom experience is different and a red soap may act like a white soap depending on the situation.
